Did Shia LeBeouf and girlfriend of four years, Mia Goth get married in a secret Vegas ceremony attended by only their moms and The King?
Real love or performance art, with Lebeouf’s track record, it’s hard to say, but he wouldn’t lie to Ellen would he?
On the Ellen Degeneres Show Tuesday, LeBeouf confessed that the pair did get married, that they planned a private affair at the Viva Vegas Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, complete with the King Tut marriage package, but opted out of the live stream.
Unfortunately, upon the couple’s return home the chapel informed them that “somebody pressed the wrong button that sends the video to TMZ.”
LeBeouf seemed unfazed by the privacy breach, telling Ellen, “You know, it’s love. We’re proud of it. It was love.”
It does seem suspect that LeBeouf’s new movie American Honey opened last Friday.
And, to cast even more doubt on the nuptials, Clerk County of Nevada has tweeted a photo of the couple at the alter, with the caption, “Our records show no marriage license for Shia LeBeouf & Mia Goth. A commitment ceremony was performed #Vegas”
I guess spectators will have to decide for themselves. By the way, doesn’t Ellen look so uncomfortable interviewing LeBeouf, like she doesn’t know what he’s going to do next?
